*There is no parking lot at Oak Garden, so if you come by car, please park in a nearby paid parking lot.

*There is a passport photo booth for overseas guests, but Japanese guests are required to bring a driver's license or similar document.
If you are unable to check in and are presented with an iPad login screen or the screen does not advance, please send us a photo via the message on the reservation site.
(As this is an unmanned lodging, we are required by the health center to store guest information.)

10. Plan of the Oak Garden.

There are two rooms on the second floor that can be separated by shoji screens and one next to the entrance, as well as a tatami room that can be used as a bedroom. We provide up to nine futons in total, seven on the second floor and two on the first floor.

11.Fire is strictly prohibited in Ichii-no-niwa.

Please refrain from smoking on the premises, including the garden and entrance.(Fire alarms are installed in all rooms.)

Open flames are strictly prohibited in the Oak Garden.
As the building is highly flammable, open flames and smoking are strictly prohibited on the premises (including smoking at the entrance and in the garden. Fire alarms are installed in all rooms).
If you are found doing so, you may be asked to leave.

*Please note that leaving cigarette butts in a trash can will also be considered a violation.

12.Ichiinoniwa is in a quiet residential area, and the building has a structure that makes the sound very relevant.

Please be quiet especially from 8pm to next day 7am.

Oak Garden is located in a quiet residential area and the building is a traditional wooden tenement house that is separated from the neighboring houses by only a single wall, meaning that sound echoes easily.
