For children, please fill in the address, name and gender on the guest register.
*If the screen does not advance, freezes, or you do not know how to operate the app, please reply to the reservation information email with a photo attached instead.
*As this is an unmanned lodging, we are required by the health center to keep a record of our guests.
In addition, during the Go To Travel campaign, we ask for your cooperation as this information is necessary to apply discounts.

Upon entering the main entrance, you will find information about the accommodation and a guest list on a tray.
Please read the instructions and fill out the guest list with the information of all guests.
*We have thermometers available, so please take your temperature and write it on the register.
*During the Go To Travel campaign and while various coupons are being distributed, please collect your coupons here.
◆Wi-Fi

Free Wi-Fi is available, so please feel free to use it.
In order to allow you to experience a relaxing life in the middle of nature, there are no televisions in the lodge. The lighting is also dimmed.
◆Kitchen and tableware

We have a full range of kitchen facilities, including an island kitchen, so please feel free to use them so that everyone can enjoy cooking together.
If you wash the dishes you have used and leave them to dry on the draining rack, our staff will check and put them away when cleaning.
◆About hot water use

There is a hot water supply panel on the wall near the refrigerator in the kitchen.
If you want to use hot water, please turn on this panel.
1) Press the "Drive" button.
2) It will take a few minutes to preheat.
*For safety reasons, the electricity may be automatically turned off after 1.5 hours.
*If the water temperature on the hot water panel is set low, the bath water will not rise any higher.
*If you are staying with a large group and use a large amount of hot water, such as washing dishes in the kitchen while heating the water for the bath, the hot water may not be able to keep up and there is a chance that hot water will not come out temporarily.
In that case, please wait a while until the water warms up before using it.
◆Floor plan of the inn
There are four Japanese-style rooms separate from the living room, and each room can accommodate up to four futons (16 in total).
I hope this will be helpful when dividing your rooms.
(Click on the drawing to open an enlarged version in a new window)
◆Amenities

・Shampoo・Conditioner・Body soap
・Face towels and bath towels
Hairdryers are available.
*Toothbrushes have been discontinued due to mandatory reduction of disposable plastic products.
Pajamas, razors, lotions, etc. are not provided, so please bring your own.
◆ Linen and towels

If you are staying multiple nights, generally there will be no sheet change between the nights.
Towels (face towels and bath towels) will be provided near the futons for the number of people booked.
If you are concerned about your child wetting the bed, please bring bedwetting pads.
◆Winter heating equipment

To help you stay warm in the winter, in addition to air conditioning, we also provide heated carpets, lap blankets, gas fan heaters, and blankets and electric under-blankets for your futons.
If you turn on your electric blanket (on high setting) about an hour before you go to sleep, and then turn it off when you get to bed, you can sleep warmly without having to worry about low-temperature burns.
As this is an unmanned lodging, heating equipment is generally unplugged for safety reasons. Please plug it in when using the facility.
In winter, towels may be wrapped around the water pipes in the bathroom and kitchen to prevent the pipes from freezing and bursting. In this case, please remove the towels before using the facilities.
Regarding gas usage (mainly in winter)

In the winter, we have installed a gas fan heater in the kitchen and the Japanese-style room to keep you warm, but if they are used for an extended period of time, an automatic safety device will trip and the gas will be cut off. (The same applies if you use gas for cooking for an extended period of time. The gas will be cut off for the entire house.)
Please turn off your gas fan heater and ventilate the room every 2 to 3 hours before using it again.
How to restore gas if it is cut off
There is a gas cylinder at the back of the storehouse next to the inn (behind the kitchen), and next to that is a gas meter. When the automatic safety device is activated, the red light on this meter will flash.
If you firmly press the black rubber button on the bottom left of the meter, the red light will go out and gas will be restored within a few minutes.
◆No smoking on the premises

"Garden of Stars and Wind"
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the entire premises
We are currently working on this.
Additionally, the use of fire for anything other than cooking is strictly prohibited.
Our lodge is a wooden building, and the entire property, including the trees in the garden, is highly flammable.
In addition, because this is an unmanned lodging, in the unlikely event of a fire occurring, it may take some time to be discovered, which could result in a great deal of inconvenience to our neighbors. Therefore, we have established these rules, and we ask for your understanding.
If you fail to follow these rules, you may be asked to leave and may be fined.
*Throwing cigarette butts in trash bins is also prohibited.
* Fire alarms are installed in each room.
*Pets are not allowed.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience,We do not allow guests with pets.
All rooms at our inn are fitted with tatami mats, which would make cleaning or replacing them difficult. We also do not allow pets out of consideration for guests who dislike pets (due to the smell and the fur that lingers around).
We understand that to pet owners, pets are important members of the family, but for the reasons stated above, we are unable to accommodate them. Thank you for your understanding.
◆Check-out

There is no need to operate the iPad when checking out.
As our accommodation is unmanned, we would appreciate your cooperation for safety and energy conservation by turning off air conditioners, heaters, lights, etc. when you leave the accommodation.
Also, if you leave the front door open in areas with a lot of nature, insects will get in, so please close the door when you leave and be careful when you go home.
◆Guest list and questionnaire

As our lodging is unmanned, we have no opportunity to come into contact with our guests, so emails and the feedback we receive from you in surveys are our only contact with you, and they provide us with hints and encouragement as we operate the facility.
We would be very grateful if you could write even a little about why you chose our inn and what you thought of your stay.
We may not be able to address all of your concerns, but we hope to use them to improve things in the future.
Google ReviewsIf you make a reservation through a booking site such as Rakuten or Jalan, we would be very grateful if you could also write a review on that site.
